Our main business is helping home owners and home buyers make contact with; Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Architects, Estate Agents, Conveyancers, Domestic Energy Assessors, Electricians, Drainage Contractors, and other people providing property related services. In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.
To operate the system, a customer enters their property details and immediately gets a list of possible suppliers with full contact details. The customer and the suppliers then make direct contact.
For example; if you are looking for an Architect, or professional help, for an Architectural Project, you need to select Architectural Design Medium Size Project or Large Project or Small Project. You would then enter your property details or design requirement onto the website. Within less than a second you will be presented with a full set of contact details from suppliers who can help you and at the same time your details would be sent to the suppliers. There is no delay. The full contact details are provided immediately. You would then able to make direct contact with potential suppliers. This allows very fast and efficient communications and at the same time cuts out the middle man. Suppliers tend to be relatively local and hence are able to offer their services directly at very competitive rates.
The trend that we see happening is that customers are becoming more empowered to find and use suppliers who are ever more local. This means less travelling for suppliers, less traffic on the road burning up petrol and the net result is a much more environmentally friendly process, which benefits all of us. At the same time it saves money.
Customers using the website do so for free. The website is funded by the large number of suppliers who pay moderate fees to be listed in their areas.

I can recommend the site, it was easy to use, quick in response. I will use someone off the list, cos much less expensive than the quote that i had of nearly 400 pounds. i'll let you know who i go with.
The website was easy to use and gave a good number of estimates. The estimates were usually correct on confirmation with the providers. I was actually calling from a firm of solicitors so I had to made up the property criteria and then follow up with telephone calls.
I can only give limited response as I requested this info on behalf of someone else. Here's what I have:
1. The website worked fine, and I got what I expected. Three local suppliers on the list made contact by email or phone within 24 hours.
2. I passed the info to my relative who is selling the property. She was very pleased with the information as there were a number of suppliers offering the service at a far more competitive price than she had been quoted by local estate agents. Until she received this info she was unaware that companies other than Estate agents could provide a Hip, or that the price could vary so much.
Nice to be able to pick out surveyors according to cost – I went for mid ground on this. There was no quibble or addition to the quoted cost by the surveyor so I knew exactly what I was getting for exactly that amount.
Very useful website -structural engineers are not that easy to find in this area and could not find one from other sources.
THE COMPANY REPLIED TO MY EMAIL PROMPTLY AND THE ELECTRICIAN WAS THERE THE NEXT DAY. THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND THEY CAME STRAIGHT BACK OUT WITH NO HESITATION. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM.
The service works well and presents you with all the necessary information, and saved me a lot of time hunting through Yellow Pages and Directories.

Many of the suppliers put extracts from their feedbacks directly onto their control panels so that future customers can read them. Our feedback system is also very important in that it allows us to maintain quality control in the level of service provided by our suppliers. By far the majority of feedback is positive but feedback that is not positive is recorded and in the rare situations where a pattern of negative feedback is received a supplier will be delisted permanently.
