On Construction Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
When do you need an OCEPC?
All homes, new or converted, are required on completion to have an On Construction Energy Performance Certificate. An On Construction EPC records how energy efficient the property is as a building by means of a rating between A and G ratings, A being the highest. On Construction EPCs are produced off plan using full SAP (standard assessment procedure). The certificate must be shown to Building Control.
Filling in the form above will provide you with a set of contact details from Energy Assessors who specialise in the provision of On Construction Energy Performance Certificates. You will be able to make direct contact with them to discuss your requirement in more detail. It is wise, before appointing a supplier and placing an order, to ensure for yourself that your chosen supplier has satisfactory experience, qualifications, accreditation insurance to provide the level of service that you require.
If you have a domestic property then you may need a Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
If you have a commercial property that you are going to sell or rent you may need a Commercial EPC.
If you are planning a new build you will require a Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA). We can provide you with a list of Energy Assessors who are accredited to provide this service.
If you have a public building and you require a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) then we can provide you with a list of Energy Assessors who are accredited to provide this service.
If you have an air conditioning system you may require an Air Conditioning Inspection.
The above notes are for your guidance and you may wish to consult a solicitor to be certain of your legal requirements. Before appointing an Energy Assessor, do check that they have the right level of experience, qualifications and insurance. In addition the Energy Assessor should also belong to one of the recognised accreditation schemes. There are a number of schemes recognised by the government.

Customer Feedback
We ask all of the people who request an estimate to give us any feedback they would like to leave - on both the way the website worked, and also how they found any Suppliers they used. These are some of their comments:
Matt arrived at the property on time, he explained what the EPC was and advised me what he would be checking around the property. He was friendly and polite and I received the EPC by email on the same day as promised. I would definitely recommend Matt Fay
Very swift response from my initial enquiry. Arrived on time. Professional explanation of what he needed to do. Polite and courteous. Certificate emailed later that evening as agreed. Would certainly recommend him as he does exactly what he says he will
After phoning Dave Preston, he gave clear advice and did the service promptly. He communicated quickly to me via telephone and also wrote a report which was very useful.
Attendance was quick with a speedy supply of the EPC
This guy was excellent he turned up the same day he called even came at 6.15pm to do the job which we really appreciated we would definitely use him I found it a bit strange having to use an outside source as I have always jobs like this myself but nopw I have reached the ripe old age of 82years I have decided to "retire"!!!!
Found this surveyors very professional and very helpful. Went through report and explained anything I didn't understand and gave his opinion/advised on what to do next.
