Energy Efficiency

Global warming, could, in the long term prove to be devastating for the human race and so we all must try to use energy in more efficient ways.  Even if you do not believe that global warming is going to prove to be a serious problem, you will probably agree that the cost of energy is going to continue to rise.

To use energy more efficiently, and save money at the same time, you may wish to consult an energy efficiency surveyor to explore how energy is being used in your building and to answer such questions as:  is the existing level of insulation appropriate for the property?; could renewable energy installations (solar panels or wind powered generators) be used to reduce electricity bills?; would heat pump technology produce lower energy bills?  Much of this is basically a cost management exercise and would work out what the costs of alternatives are likely to be, what the potential savings are likely to be and over what time scales could they be achieved?

If you are planning a new building then energy efficiency should be high on your list of priorities.  Talking to an expert should be useful.

If you are looking for a Business Energy Management Advisor then you will find them listed on this website.  These experts will be able to identify, evaluate and implement measures to save energy in your company.
Filling in the form above will instantly give you a list of experts who you can then contact directly and discuss your requirement in more detail.

The Green Deal

If you have an existing building you may wish to look into help might be available via the Government's 'Green Deal', created by the Energy Act 2011. Please follow the link for Green Deal Assessor.

Feedback from our Customers

Please see below for some of the Feedback our Customers have sent us:

I can't praise Joseph enough. He was thorough, responsive and able to demystify the complex for a novice like me.
Roisin, Belfast
Promptness of response : Rang me to make arrangements and was polite, pleasant and professional. Quality of service : Due to an unforeseen family issue on the day we were unable to go ahead with the survey and Anthony was most sympathetic and accommodating, letting me re-book for later in the week. Despite this meaning he had two all outs there was no extra charge or fuss made. Thank you. Value for money : Cheaper than the one suggested by our Estate Agent. Professionalism : On the day he was polite, respectful, friendly and professional at all times.
Karen, Ashmead, Bordon
Promptness of response : The response was very rapid and helpful. Ms Roe also advised that a (lower cost) Homebuyer Report rather than a full structural survey would suffice as I am buying a flat not a house Quality of service : The survey was carried out very quickly and an excellent and informative report supplied. Value for money : The advice and valuation provided in the Homebuyer Report gave me strong grounds to seek to negotiate a price reduction with the vendor. I was delighted to subsequently reach agreement on a lower price for the property than I had originally offered. My outlay on the surveyor's fees was far outweighed by the price reduction I achieved based on her report findings and recommendations. Professionalism : I felt confident from the start that the surveyor would provide me with the service I required and give me excellent advice.
Heather, Reading
Promptness of response : Excellent prompt service provided Quality of service : Quality of service excellent Value for money : Good value for money I'll use them again Professionalism : Dealing was very professional at all times
Gurmit, Oldbury
Promptness of response : I was very impressed with the speedy response from Adrian Moore and his continued efficiency. Quality of service : Communication with Adrian was excellent. He kept me fully informed of his procedures, duly made his appointment to survey the property I'm hoping to buy, and his subsequent report was very informative, easy to understand, and beautifully presented. Value for money : Didn't really know what to expect but I do feel I had value for money. Professionalism : Very professional. Thank you so much for pointing me in his direction.
