Filling in the short form above will instantly give you a set of contact details for consultants who can help provide you with a site waste management plan (SWMP) for your building project. You will be provided with their contact details, all within less than a second, and you will then be able to contact them directly to discuss your requirements in more detail.

The Site Waste Management Plans Regulations 2008 require every construction project in England, with a contract value over £300,000, to create, monitor, update, finally complete and analyse a Site Waste Management Plan, SWMP.

If you are the Client it is your responsibility to produce an initial SWMP before work commences.  You create an estimate of the types of waste that will be produced on a project, and the quantity of each type of waste.   Then, when the project works begin, each time waste is removed from the site its type and quantity are recorded.  Reports can then be created to make sure waste is dealt with in the most effective and profitable way possible.

SWMPs and the Code for Sustainable Homes

The creation of a SWMP can assist in achieving three credits under the Code for Sustainable Homes.  Up to four credits are available under BREEAM for non-domestic buildings.

What your Consultant/Surveyor can do for you?

In the first instance your Consultant can set up an initial SWMP.  The document will assist in forecasting and recording the differing types and quantities of waste that will be produced during the works.  At pre-agreed stages the Consultant can undertake site visits to review the SWMP.  They will check that the SWMP is being implemented correctly and that the process of waste management is in progress.  Finally your Consultant can perform the post-completion of the SWMP making comparisons between predicted and actual quantities together with its management.   The SWMP needs to be retained for two years after completion.

Fill in the form above to instantly receive a set of contact details for people who specialise in Site Waste Management Plans.  You will be able to make contact directly with them and discuss your requirements in detail.  Before appointing a supplier and placing an order, do check for yourself that your chosen supplier has the right level of qualifications and experience to provide the service you require.

Do you provide Site Waste Management Plans?

If you provide Site Waste Management Plans and you would like to be listed on our Website, please complete the Registration Form and we will set up a free trial for you.

Customer Feedback

Contacted me within the hour of my enquiry on your website and emailed through what the survey would cover and his terms and conditions. Was able to schedule in the survey within the week and had the completed report back to me in under a week of the survey being carried out. Extremely happy with service and response. Excellent value for money. Most dealings was by email which suited me 100%
Claire, Lisburn
I needed the homebuyers survey doing asap and James was able to conduct it within 2 days of me contacting him. The survey was conducted in good time and contained all a varied and detailed report that i agreed with. There was an issue with the survey being roughly 3 days later than he promised but i believe this was down to factors mainly outside his control. I think the cost of the report was about right compared to the other quotes. Very professional and personable
Ian, Buckley
Responded promptly by email and phone spending time to offer advice on the type of survey I may require. Excellent service responding to my specific queries regarding particular aspects of the survey. Professional and very approachable. David spent time giving explanations on findings by phone and in the report.

Quote provided on initial phone call. Very good quality of service. Paul explained the process, provided detailed paperwork describing what his service would entail and was very prompt in conducting the survey. Very good value for money. I chose Paul because of his professionalism. The discussion with him and his website put me at ease and gave me comfort that he would conduct the survey to a high quality and that is what he did. Highly recommend Paul
Joanne, Belfast
