Promptness of response : Response quick to talk to me and take my payment.
Quality of service : Survey was on Thursday 25/05, was promised report by following Tuesday. Got an unsigned report full of mistakes on 07/06/23. Queried the surveyor ( Markucio Samson), he blamed their new system, promised to amend and resend report. I chased him yesterday (17/06/23)and yet to hear from him!
