Promptness of response :  Very efficient service and had the job done in the timescales promised
Quality of service :  The service and thoroughness of the work done was excellent. One area of improvement though is the format of the documents delivered. This would have greatly improved if they had been delivered as a pdf document thereby removing the need for me to print and re-scan everything so I could send the survey to the mortgage company.
Value for money :  The price did change but with valid reason which I accepted in the spirit of fairness.
Professionalism :  Very happy with Ashfaque.

Within 2 hours of entering my details on the website (at 4pm on New Year's Eve), Ashfaque was at my house installing a new light fitting.
