We specialise in doing Party Wall Notices and Party Wall Awards. We act for both building owners and their neighbours, but prefer acting as an agreed surveyor since it saves our client's half the money they might otherwise spend.

In line with Party Wall legislation we can check liabilities and ensure the proposed development complies with the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
