Promptness of response : Tommy made time for us on a Sat morning and called in on his way to another job.
Quality of service : Not Tommy's fault but this was a comedy of errors. On the Friday we called Gas emergency service as we thought there was a gas leak. Gas expert told us it was the drains. On the Sat, Tommy checked for blocks and couldn't find any. Monday morning, discovered that H2S smell was caused by car battery on trickle charge in the garage. Fortunately nothing worse but have learned my lesson!
Value for money : Good to have drains checked out every few years.
