Company Information
Asbestos has been known to be a carcinogen for many years, with an estimated 4000 people in the UK dying from its effects annually, and yet most of these people have had no awareness of their normal work and everyday lives impacting asbestos. Normally these people have been working in areas where asbestos has been installed as part of a building for either fire protection or thermal insulation properties, and the products within which asbestos has been used have deteriorated to some extent.
Asbestos then is a hazard, but the risk posed by the hazard can vary tremendously. This is where professional assessment of the material, together with a simple management plan to comply with the current regulations, will keep the building safe for continued occupation whilst ensuring minimal costs and ensured well-being to those to use the building.
Alverprise staff have many years’ experience in this field, from initial inspections to full surveys of sites and preparation of management plans, through to entire portfolio management solutions including those such as BP Oil, The Salvation Army and Department of Work and Pensions as well as smaller individual dwellings and commercial premises. Not only do our experienced consultants provide a fully insured, safe and reliable service with full compliance with the regulations, we understand costs are tight in these times of stringency and ensure proposals are competitive and provide the right methodology to continue use of the building whilst undertaking inspections.
Surveys can be undertaken anywhere in the country, starting from £200 per property.Contact Details
