Since the the beginning of BDS in 2008 we have built up a strong customer base of local and national housing authorities, housing associations, insurance companies and other blue chip clients. working with these type of companies allows the domestic and private clients to have total confidence in every type of job or project BDS carries out.
We are proud to be one of the fastest drainage providers in the West Midlands offering the quickest solutions thanks to our unique approach of sending out fully equipped drainage vehicles. Using this approach and the skills of our drainage engineers we are able to solve the majority of drainage problems upon the first visit to a property.
A dedicated account manager provides a single point of contact for the customer and maintains regular contact with them throughout the duration of the job. We employ qualified and skilled engineers to carry out detailed site investigations using the latest technology and deliver industry-leading reports promptly following the site visit.

Promptness of response : I picked this site as it was local however, the phones were answered by someone in Birmingham. I spoke to the same gentleman 3 times before he managed to arrange the survey, apparently he kept loosing my phone number, so making arrangements was a bit 'iffy'. However, the survey was carried out on the day arranged, the report came back within 5 days and the report itself was very clear and easy to understand. So I'd recommend the report if not the booking process.
