Quality of service : Delighted with the service received. The Building Survey report was comprehensive and easy to read/understand. Information supported by clear photographs. Jonathan is very easy to talk to and able to translate technical terms into intelligible language. Being a RICS member gave me confidence that we would receive a first class experience enabling us to move forward with the house purchase.

Promptness of response : Responded immediately to both initial email request and follow up phone call. Found my number even when I inadvertently gave him the wrong one.
Quality of service : Arranged an appointment with the vendor, via estate agent, quickly and professionally.
Value for money : Whilst more expensive than I originally expected the quote to be, they were still very reasonably priced compared to others I contacted.
Professionalism : 57 page ‘RICS' survey report provided 48 hours after physical survey and 24 hours after payment received. Report included comprehensive and high quality photographs of all elements under inspection.
