Barry completed a building survey for a house which I recently sale agreed on. He was very efficient and kept me in the loop as to when the survey was going to take place. He was very clear in explaining the whole process including who did what, timelines, what the survey included etc which was very helpful to me especially as a first time buyer. The survey was completed within a day of visiting the property and it was thorough, clear and definitely highlighted things I would not have picked up on. I was searching for a home to buy. Once I found the house, the bank would not release their valuation report. My solicitor requested a survey report. Regardless of the former, I wanted a private full survey report as I am aware that the banks valuation report is not a full survey. I felt when I was investing my savings, a few hundred quid extra (for a full survey report ) would give me peace and reassurance that I was not walking into a bottomless pit. I found BM's details online, and was immediately impressed by his credentials. I called Barry Mulholland and he promptly arranged a survey that week. I received the report three days later. On the basis of the report I withdrew my offer. Therefore, BM's report was worth its weight in gold. I found a second home, and again Barry was prompt to complete the survey and the report was emailed three days later. I decided to go for this home.
