Promptness of response :  Communications were excellent between ourselves and Chris, the appointment to survey the property was arranged and carried out much quicker than we thought.
Quality of service :  Following the survey, we received a verbal update and this was followed by with further calls to confirm findings. It was a shock to find out we had some very low grade asbestos within the property. Chris was very knowledgeable with how we could proceed and it made our decision making much easier. We chose to go ahead with the removal of the area in question and the follow-up visit was arranged without delay and the team at Chart were able to do this outside of our normal working hours.
Professionalism :  Very professionally dealt with for both the survey and the removal visit. Our property was left spotlessly clean and tidy - which obviously had to be the case with asbestos, but it was nonetheless lovely to see that we could all just come back in to work without any worries.
