Quality of service :  Clear information and very prompt interventions from Colin sorted out everything necessary for my builder to continue as planned and to reassure my neighbour that everything had been done appropriately to cover them legally in the event of any mishaps.
Value for money :  I think costs where about average.
Professionalism :  Presented with clear information and prompt interventions which I considered to be very professional

Promptness of response :  The supplier was very quick in giving a response to our questions as acting for us regarding the party wall act. the only reason we didn't use him was that he was based to far away from our home and we went with a supplier that lived in the same town as we lived. If the supplier was closer we would have used him 100%.
Quality of service :  He know his stuff regarding the party wall act - this we found was difficult finding someone who was knowledgeable in this area.
Value for money :  We would not have paid - so don't know about the money.
Professionalism :  The communication we had with him was fast and very knowledgeable and we had the confidence in him that he would have acted in our best interest.
