Excellent response from Anthony Cross, who spoke with me at length before carrying out the survey to establish exactly what I needed to find out. He rang me again before putting the finishing touches to his report in order to flag up his main findings. His completed report, emailed to me yesterday, was clear, thorough and exhaustive, with precise guidelines as to my next steps. I can wholeheartedly recommend this surveyor and his service.
