Promptness of response : As the enquiry was sent by post due to the drawing size it was not looked at until a chase up was made three weeks later. Action then resulted quickly by producing a quotation.
Quality of service : Now awaiting written report following site visit.
Value for money : Fee quoted seemed about right.
