Promptness of response : A number of false starts arising from a mis-interpretation of our requirements
Quality of service : The survey itself was thorough but getting to that point was difficult. Plus the final plan was non-compliant to the Land Registry's requirements (a border end triangulation was missing) so we were only able to confirm part, although the primary part, of our intended boundary determination
Value for money : It cost what we expected and it was eventually just fit-for-purpose
Professionalism : Communication could have been better, cancellations were frustrating and although we got there in the end, understanding of the requirements was slow.

Promptness of response : Joe responded to emails on the same day or within 24 hours. He was supportive and helpful.
Quality of service : The survey had a poor result due to structural issues and he phoned me to give me an overview the next day. He has saved me up to £10,000 pounds in otherwise unknown structural problems.
Value for money : When I needed to have a second survey done, as I declined to buy the first property, Joe gave me a valued customer discount when I asked for it. He was already the cheapest on the online list
Professionalism : Friendly, helpful and approachable, always professional. The printed survey was bound and well presented. The language used in the final survey was jargon friendly.
