Promptness of response : He responded and visited promptly but I'm not sure why as I stated it was for a listed building and he wasn't keen on working with listed buildings so referred me to another company who he consults for listed work. It would have been a more efficient use of time for him not to have come, and just to have recommended this company in the first place.
