Quality of service :  Came round and did the EPC survey, said he would send the report next day. It did not arrive, I chased and he said it would be with me after the weekend. That was several weeks ago but have never received anything.
Value for money :  Did not receive a report and he has not invoiced me
Professionalism :  The attendance seemed professional but the failure to then supply the report is most certainly not.
