Quality of service :  After an explanation of what I required, the supplier stated that he could complete the survey. Details of the property and location were given and a suitable time and date for the survey was arranged.
Value for money :  The costs of the survey requested from the supplier were very competitive when compared with others offering the same service and were in my opinion very good value for money
Professionalism :  Karl attended the premises at the time and date arranged. A phone call was received prior to his attendance. On arrival at the house he immediately informed me that an EPC was already in force for the property. He was able to confirm that the certificate was obtained 18 months previously by the estate agent previously used to market the property. He explained that the certificate was still valid for another few years and he had been able to locate it by an on line check. We went through all the details and these were confirmed as correct. Karl informed me that a full survey would not be required and would be a waste of time and money for both parties. Karl agreed that only his travel expenses were necessary and a suitable sum was requested and provided. An e mail from Karl with the appropriate and valid cert attached was sent to me for my information and attention. Karl has an approach and attitude that is highly professional and cannot, in this experience be faulted. I would use his services again for any future survey required.
