Our case is not straight forward. We have problems with our new home and the builder is no longer conversing with us at all. We have now asked for legal opinion with respect to breach of contract. David has suggested that we obtain details from our solicitor of what exactly is required before engaging his services. This is very honest of him for which we are very grateful as our present experience of the property business is the opposite.
