Adam Comiskey of Expert Survey Solutions emailed me with a very professional offer, some helpful advice. I subsequently booked Mr Comiskey. He gave me a list of requirements in advance, called to apologise when he got stuck in traffic which delayed his arrival slightly, and provided lots of useful advice during and after the survey.
