Promptness of response :  Dave Thornhill of Fylde EPC rang me as soon as I had made my initial enquiry on the local surveyors direct website and arranged a prompt appointment for the EPC.
Quality of service :  I was very impressed with way that Dave Thornhill answered my queries regarding the EPC service and with the promptness of his attendance and supply of the certificate.
Value for money :  The Estate Agent that I was considering using for the sale of my property had quoted me more than double what it cost me to use Fylde EPC for the EPC!
Professionalism :  I don't think I could have been more impressed by the service I received.
