Supplier Feedback: Great communication with Gary the evening before to arrange an ECP check at my home. Quoted a price I was happy with. Arrived earlier the next day than planned but no problem for me. Gary explained everything he was doing as he went around the house doing various checks on windows, radiators, loft insulation and boiler etc in order to give me the EPC certificate I needed for my house sale. Brilliant chap who enjoys his line of work and would definitely recommend to everyone and anyone. As soon as he had done all his assessing Gary loaded all the details to the relevant website and I was able to view my EPC certificate straight away on the gov.uk site.
