Promptness of response :  We were very pleased with the service given, which was prompt and comphrensive. The fee was slightly higher than originally suggested by Surveyors Direct, but in view of general increases was not out of order. We now have the report and hopefully do not expect any problems to occur.
Professionalism :  We do not like being chased for payment and pay within severn days of receiving account. In this case we were chased two days from receiving account and as it happens, payment had already been dispatched.

Promptness of response :  The member of staff who was dealing with my job was on annual leave when I chased the results of an asbestos test. Another member of staff responded with a detailed email within 15 minutes.
Quality of service :  The surveyor who conducted the inspection provided answers to all of my questions - even the most basic ones.
Value for money :  Excellent customer service making it excellent value for money.
Professionalism :  I cannot fault the level of professionalism provided by the surveyor, Dee Fitzgerald.

The thought of finding the right people to remove my asbestos roof filled me with trepidation - this site however pointed me in the right direction. Two companies promptly replied to my enquiry and I chose the one that was located closest to my home, which was G.P Asbestos of Langley. We exchanged email and everything was arranged in less than an hour. On the day they arrived on time, followed the guidelines for removing asbestos by bagging and taping everything up and then swept up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.
