Quality of service :  The survey was organised quickly and efficiently. The report was emailed to me within a few days. On the day of survey, the Surveyor took 10 minutes to wander around the property. It was quick and painless. There were no questions or input expected from myself.
Value for money :  I did feel the service was overly priced. I've never needed a RICS survey before so have no experience or knowledge in terms of costs.
