Correspondence from initial enquiry was very efficient. I was able to fill out and send the required paperwork very swiftly and had a survey booked in for the same week. The surveyor called me following the survey and gave me valuable insight into what to expect from the report, and he answered any questions I had without being patronising or abrupt. The report is thorough and although it came later than anticipated, I can see from the depth that the surveyor has gone into within the report that it was a very reasonable timeframe in which I actually received the report.
