Promptness of response :  Due to stamp duty holiday it took a little longer to get report due to workloads, but I was relieved Mr Drewelus managed to fit me in despite heavy workload.
Quality of service :  I received a fully comprehensive report that identified 2 major concerns for me, resulting in withdrawing from the purchase. The vendors were disappointed but it also provided an opportunity for the to address these issues before remarketing.
Value for money :  The issues Mr Drewelus raised saved me considerable money in additional reparations. His rates were very reasonable compared to others (who were probably taking advantage of property boom and charging overly high rates).
Professionalism :  I was advised about the different types of survey and which would be suitable for my purposes, which I appreciated. The only issue I had was in contacting Mr Drewelus after the report became due, which was alarming as I wasn't sure if he was in some kind of trouble, e.g. sick. Subsequently all turned out ok in the end.

Promptness of response :  The supplier was quick in replying prior to the payment but afterwards I had to chase him up as he was not replying to any e-mails or phone calls. I eventually caught him on a number I found on the internet, which was actually his home number. I had to chase him because he promised to send me the survey within five working days but on the seventh working day I still had not heard from him. Once I spoke to him, he promised to send the report over the week end but he did not and I had to chase him again. He apologised for the delay but I think he should never have given me a timescale he could not keep.
