Quality of service :  My only reservation is that he said I needed to get the water system tested for Legionella - I looked this up and found that it is very unlikely that this would occur in the combi boiler system/electric shower I have, and it is not, in every case, a legal requirement.
Value for money :  Was later offered the same service £10 cheaper
Professionalism :  Other than the Legionella issue, I would say yes.
