Value for money :  we discussed the options and he advised us of the best options and outlined his flexibility to change if anything untoward was found

Value for money :  Very competitive price and survey date was arranged within 48 hours of agreeing terms.
Professionalism :  Overall good but maybe could have contacted me to let me know survey had taken place rather than me having to ring them to confirm. Report itself was delivered 3 days after survey took place ( in line with expectations) . It was comprehensive, jargon free and accompanied by good quality images that illustrated the various points made.

Promptness of response :  Happy with response time initially. Slight delay in receiving the report. Surveyor did request more time due to family commitments but then took an additional week to complete the report. 10 days from survey date to report being received.
Quality of service :  Good standard of report but using typical surveyor caveats to cover all outcomes. This is typical of the industry though and not directed specifically at Kevin
Value for money :  While I paid a price that was acceptable I consider that the cost of a survey including the CPD, travel, insurance and time on site, administration and report preparation are higher than they should be.
Professionalism :  Kevin was professional at all times. I would recommend him to others.
