We are a family run business of qualified surveyors supplying home owners with high quality Home Buyer Reports (Level 2) and Building Surveys (Level 3).
We are committed to offering the best possible jargon free Property Surveys to help buyers to make informed decisions about the home they plan to buy.
Prior to the visit to the property extensive desk-top research is carried out which includes checking:-
Planning Applications and Building Regulations Approvals; Flood Risk; Radon; Geology; Coal Mining; Invasive Plants etc. the results of which will be included in the report.
Delivered by specially trained and fully accredited residential property surveyors, the Report gives the buyer a clear, jargon-free report on the condition of the property using a simple 1,2,3 rating guide, so it is easy to understand any risks or unforeseen expenditure that could crop up. Any significant health and safety risks will also be highlighted with an HS rating.
We offer a selection of surveys dependent on the requirements of the buyer and the condition of the property.
We cover Pembrokeshire, Cardigan & Carmarthenshire including Carmarthen, Llandeillo, Kidwelly, Llanelli, Haverfordwest, Fishguard, Narberth, Tenby, Pembroke, Milford Haven, Cardigan, Llanbyther.

The survey itself was extremely detailed, prepared very quickly after the survey was undertaken, but is was also written in layman terms with photos showing all the defects. The survey Anthony provided not only picked up on some extremely expensive issues with the property, but Anthony took the time to talk me through the survey and advised me on what actions needed to be taken. I cannot recommend LA Property Doctors Ltd enough - they really provide a 5 star service.
