Received the report early on the second business day after the visit to the property. Very comprehensive and also spoke to the surveyor a day later to ask further questions. Overall very pleased and good company to work with. Sue was very helpful in sending the report quickly again by email as somehow my computer decided to lose the first email!

Easy to use website and a good choice of service provider and their proposed costs Very professional and comprehensive service provided and provided an example (anonymised) report prior to formally engaging - so I know what to expect. Graham was smart and punctual when undertaking the the survey which took around 3 hours to complete. The final report was issued within 2 working day which was sooner than expected but helped us to move forward quicker than expected. The report itself was as per the example and highlighted some areas of concern with supporting evidence and recommended remedial actions or maintenance. Quality of service :  I chose Lawton's chartered surveyors as they were local to me where as some of the companies were not. I received excellent service, the report came back to me within 24 hours and I got to speak with Graham who carried out the survey, he advised that the roof needed repairing and that I should negotiate the cost of this with the estate agent. I was able to give them a copy of his report and the sellers agreed to pay for the repair. I cannot thank Graham enough he saved me a lot of money and I would recommend his company to anyone
