Promptness of response :  Martin Evans contacted me on the 20 June 2019 and offered me some advice regarding the type of wall crack stating that it sounded like it required a Peace of Mind Survey and quoted a price should I wish to use their services. He further contacted me with a suggestion by email that if I could send any photographic evidence it may provide a more conclusive idea of what was involved. I emailed these and he responded. He initially considered that the crack was unlikely to be caused by a structural problem symptomatic of foundation movement. Martin continued with an offer of a Peace of Mind Survey if I wanted to take this examination further. To date I have been considering this proposal ,but feel this may not be cost effective. His deliberations on my behalf are much appreciated.
