Promptness of response :  I was called on a Sunday, an engineer was booked in for the Monday and a price was agreed. Metro-Rod matched a lower price offered, which was nice!
Quality of service :  John, the engineer was here for about an hour before finally managing to clear the blockage. He was very pleasant throughout and I would heartedly recommend him.
Value for money :  The normal chargeout fee was reduced to price-match a competitor.
Professionalism :  No comment to make as I strongly agree with the statement above.
