Promptness of response :  I had a message from Michael Jones surveyors that same day, and relieved replies to my messages extremely quickly.
Quality of service :  It was an extremely in depth survey, lots of detail and easy to understand. With a colour coding system and picture to allow you to easily see what work is needed. It even provided a breakdown of costs for the work suggested. Friends of mine have commented it was a much more in depth survey than they had with other providers and that the quality is extremely high. Would definitely recommend.
Value for money :  They were one of the cheaper surveyors I found when looking, very well priced, especially for the value.

Quality of service :  Did a very good and detailed survey. we decided against buying the property as there were problems we had not foreseen so saving us money and heartache in the long term.

Professionalism :  I felt that there was little information following the survey as to what to do next. We were waiting for a bill and confirmation that the survey had taken place but this didn't happen. We were eventually sent an email saying that they were waiting for payment and then there wasn't the opportunity to pay using debit card, only cheque which would have taken too long, or internet payment which I was unable to do. In the end I had to walk to the bank and transfer the money.

Quality of service :  The report that Mike provided was detailed, professionally presented and read easily given that it was a building survey (full structural survey). Furthermore, photos were provided to support the contents of his report.
Value for money :  Mike was a personable, approachable and was happy to discuss the intricacies of the area I was buying in. All this before I had even commissioned the works to be carried out. He more than delivered than just a report. He provided good counsel on the advisability of buying the particular house. Even though I did not proceed with the purchase of the house after the survey, I am incredibly pleased I used Mike Jones as his knowledgeability on and expertise saved me from paying over and above what the property was worth and will be using him to carry out the survey on the next property I wish to purchase.
