Promptness of response :  I submitted my enquiry over a weekend and this supplier responded on the Monday morning. Others responded over the weekend, but I would advise people to wait for the next working day before selecting a surveyor.
Quality of service :  All correspondence was quick and very clear. The survey itself was conducted and a report produced within a couple of weeks. I understand surveyors are very busy at the moment and this response was quite quick compared to other peoples experiences. The person I am buying from has been waiting much longer for the survey and report on the house he is moving to. The report was very clear and included some advice on some improvements I could make to the property. My father (who is retired from the building trade) reviewed the report and confirmed that all the important areas which should be in a survey was covered in sufficient detail,
Value for money :  Definitely value for money.
Professionalism :  All aspects of the service was professional.

Promptness of response :  initial response was ok but I needed a better explanation on some of the surveyors concerns. I made a call to the surveyors PA 10 days ago, who said she would contact him to call me back, I have not had any response.
Professionalism :  Cannot comment as this is the first time we have used a surveyor. So we have nothing to compare with.
