Kevin at NASS was absolutely fantastic. He was on-site the next day, carrying out the report for us. Being a first time buyer and having to get a survey of this sort was unknown waters, and I was a little unsure as to the process. I needn't have worried, Kevin was an expert in his field and very helpful along the process. The report he has put together is of the highest quality with all aspects covered. He also found two additional materials which contained asbestos the initial surveyor from the bank missed. Great service, cannot recommend enough.
