Promptness of response :  I initially liaised with Sally the office manager regarding my request for a Homebuyers Survey and she was extremely helpful and quickly gathered the answer to one of my questions from the surveyor, telephoning me back in a timely way. Due to my initial conversation and contact with Sally, I felt very confident in commissioning the services of this company.
Quality of service :  I am very happy with the surveyor Stephen Thirkettle. Following the survey, Stephen telephoned me the next day to provide a verbal account of the survey and to answer any initial questions. I then received the survey report three days later and I was very impressed by how thorough Stephen had been in relation to the report and also the photographs he had provided to evidence his findings. I then emailed the office with a couple of points of clarification and these were immediately acknowledged by Sally the office manager, who liaised with Stephen, who emailed me back with his answers the same day. I am extremely impressed by the service I have received and I would have no hesitation in using Nest Surveyors in the future and would highly recommend them.
Value for money :  I feel that Nest Surveyors provided me with excellent value for money and their customer service has been second to non.
Professionalism :  In every contact I have made with the representatives of this company, I have been attended to with respect, patience and professionalism.

Quality of service :  The survey was carried out to our satisfaction. I was surprised not to get a call the day the survey was carried out. The report arrived 3 working days after the survey was done
