Quality of service :  Although initial contact was great, the rest was not good. Instructed Wednesday for access on Friday. Other surveyors had quoted 5 working days to provide the report so assumed the same. Chased for report the following week to be told it would take 12 full working days to provide the report. Finally after chasing received it after 15 working days, 3 weeks after survey. If this was made clear from the start then would not have appointed them.
Value for money :  Cheapest quote from the panel. This was not the deciding factor for the appointment rather than access and report
Professionalism :  When the report was provided it was very comprehensive and informative. Biggest gripe with the service was the time scale of the report.
