Promptness of response : Communications were pretty good and they gave notice via phone call prior to their arrival.
Quality of service : The electricians supplied by them were good and knew their stuff.
Value for money : The prices were very reasonable.
Professionalism : I had a problem with the communication after their first visit. When they did the test I asked the Electrician if there were any problems, he said no everything was in order. I then receive an additional bill for works they stated needed doing. I was not happy as I would have expected to be told there and then on the first visit. I did complain and we came to a comprise on the price in the end which I was happy with.
