I also haven't been bombarded with junk mail after entering my details which is great! Mitul was brilliant! I thought getting this done was going to be time consuming and difficult but it couldn't of been easier. Mitul provides an excellent service and was there when he said he was going to be and was in contact with me from the first email I sent him until the process was complete. I wasn't able to be there on the day but Mitul liased with my parents who were in the property and was very flexible with timings. Mitul was also the most cost effective. I can highly recommend his services.
