The website does what is says on the tin and from my research elsewhere and the fact I have had to commission EPCs elsewhere in the UK over the last 3 years, I was satisfied that the quotes proposed and specifically the one I selected were the best I could reasonably expect. I used Lesley Borland. Ms. Borland was efficient, communicative and pleasant throughout as I also tried to be. She wasn't able to keep to our original agreed appointment due to a diary mix up but not only gave me plenty of notice in regard to this but also offered to bring the appointment forward to a Sunday to mitigate any inconvenience (most unusual even if I didn't need this). Once done, she turned the EPC around in just a few hours and also despite my offer to show her an earlier EPC for my house , elected not to see it in order to maintain complete independence. I think other consumers would find her highly professional as well of course as reasonably priced.
