Promptness of response :  Very quick to respond and come out but has not completed what we paid him for, see below.
Quality of service :  He quoted for doing the epa and also the floor plan.The epa was done immediately but he had a problem with his software and promised the floor layout within the week.I am still waiting 8 weeks on and he has ignored 3 e mails asking him for the floor plan. I am not happy!
Value for money :  Can not agree because we paid him for the epa and the floor plan and we have not received the latter despite repeated requests
Professionalism :  It is not professional to ignore e mails and not complete the task you have been paid cash for.
