Michael Staples took the initiative to follow up our enquiry by telephone to discuss our requirement. An appointment was made for a survey which he conducted in a professional but friendly manner and then explained his findings in detail. His written report arrived later the following day. A prompt and efficient service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
