Promptness of response :  I think he contacted me in 20 min of asking for an architect!!
Quality of service :  So far we are at an early stage as we take on board his suggestions but are approaching the stage to seek planning permission.
Value for money :  We haven't got to the payment stage yet but my view is based on his schedule of remuneration coupled with the trouble he goes to in order to provide a good service.
Professionalism :  I feel we are in good hands. He has a friendly yet courteous approach which is much appreciated.
