Promptness of response :  Whilst he responded quickly to the initial enquiry and booked and completed the survey quickly communication was very slow and laborious after the survey
Quality of service :  Initial report was wrong, missing basic info such as date of survey, address
Value for money :  Despite everything the cost of the survey was much lower than other offers
Professionalism :  Lack of clear communication
