Promptness of response :  I requested information from Melanie Lane-Fox asking how soon a survey could be conducted. I received a swift reply and based on the very good feedback from this site I booked my survey through The Survey Company.
Quality of service :  The survey was conducted within 5 days (4 working days) from submitting the application form. I was quite an awkward customer because of my tight timeline. I had neglected to ask how long the survey report took to produce and on finding out that the survey would arrive just at the time I was due to leave the country on business, I contacted Melanie to explain my circumstances and enquire about a speeding things up. Melanie had explained the standard timeline (5-10 working days for production of the report) but confirmed she would endeavour to complete mine quicker. This she achieved, giving me time to act on the report before departing. I could not have asked for more.
