Promptness of response :  Mr Bateman responded quickly, he offered an appointment within a short time frame. Turned up punctually and submitted his form and findings very promptly. I had a few questions arising from the report and Mr Bateman replied quickly with the answers. I would definitely recommend him. He was not meant to do any work, his task was solely an EICR .
