I submitted an enquiry through this site for drainage unblocking late on the Thursday night. First thing Friday morning I received a very courteous message from Tom at TCM Draincare asking whether we did need his assurance. He was with us by lunchtime, and the problem was fixed by early afternoon. He was so prompt, friendly and efficient, also offering us advice on a long term issue and explaining how we would go about solving it. We had fantastic service from Tom and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him-thanks again Tom!
