Promptness of response :  Responded very quickly and enthusiastically with detailed alternative proposals for my consideration.
Value for money :  Cost were largely as expected.

Quality of service :  We decided against this 'supplier' when compared to the one we chose due to lack of appropriate experience. In hindsight this may have been a mistake as he appeared to be imaginative and interested in the project. we wish him well in future dealings.
Value for money :  While we did not choose this architect, his quotation was clear and seemed reasonable.
